Your role will involve reaching out to consumers, gathering account details, and arranging payment plans. Your top-notch customer service skills will come into play as you engage with consumers over the phone, verifying their details, and asking for payments. This position is based in Grand Island and runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

**Qualifications:**

We're looking for someone with:

**Responsibilities:**

As our Customer Service Representative in Grand Island, you'll be tasked with:

- Delivering exceptional service over the phone.

- Reaching out with scripted openings and suggesting payment methods for overdue accounts.

- Keeping customer records up-to-date, tracking call outcomes, and taking necessary notes.

- Tackling other assigned duties with accuracy and attention to detail.

**Technology Skills:**
