We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and directing calls with proper phone etiquette
- Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservations and processing payments accurately
- Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues or concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized manner that reflects our high standards of hospitality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and documentation related to guest stays and hotel operations
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and special requests for an elevated experience
- Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring the safety of guests and staff at all times
- Engage in multilingual communication when necessary to accommodate diverse guest needs
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse clientele
- Familiarity with front desk systems, multi-line phone systems, and hotel management software
- Knowledge of hotel operations including night audit procedures, guest services, and resort amenities
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in guest relations, conflict resolution, and providing personalized service in a resort or hotel setting is desirable
- A positive attitude combined with strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexible hours including nights shifts
