Inventory Management Solutions Project Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY
The Solutions Project Coordinator plays a critical role in the successful execution of vending-related projects, including equipment installations, relocations, and service initiatives. This position serves as a key liaison between internal teams, field technicians, and customers to ensure smooth coordination, timely delivery, and consistent operational performance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate end-to-end vending machine installations, relocations, upgrades, and removals.
- Serve as the main point of contact between sales, operations, service technicians, and customers to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to track progress and proactively address risks or delays.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather customer requirements, confirm site readiness, and ensure accurate delivery and setup of vending equipment.
- Coordinate internal and external communications related to project milestones, service updates, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate pre-installation site assessments to validate electrical, network, and physical space requirements for vending machines.
- Maintain accurate records of all active and completed vending projects, including installation documents, service logs, and customer sign-offs.
Monitor customer feedback and coordinate resolution of any post-installation issues in collaboration with support and service teams
Drive the Wurth Company Culture throughout the organization to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of Wurth's MSM mission
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Background in project coordination is required.
- Sales operations experience is preferred.
- Experience in Managed Inventory Solutions is preferred.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Word, and Excel are required.
- Interpersonal/social skills required. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and interact with others.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Pay Range: 50,000-52,000 USD Annually
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus. An incentive bonus, if any, depends on various factors such as organizational performance.
