About the Role
We are seeking a skilled
Level 1 or Level 2 IT Administrator
to support and enhance our IT infrastructure while ensuring system performance, reliability, and security. This role is ideal for a proactive IT professional who enjoys supporting both onsite and remote teams in a dynamic, global environment.
You'll serve as the primary IT point of contact across the organization, playing a key role in cloud services management, employee IT support, system improvements, and documentation. Your expertise will directly support business operations and the continuous improvement of our IT processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT contact for employees globally
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot cloud-based tools and services (Google Workspace, Atlassian, Microsoft)
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
- Support both office-based and remote employees
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and related assets
- Recommend, implement, and improve IT tools, systems, and workflows
- Create and maintain detailed IT documentation, procedures, and guides
- Train employees on new or updated systems and tools
- Research and evaluate new software or tools to support operational needs
- Assist with vendor management and software license administration
- Analyze and recommend optimizations for software-based processes
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- Proficiency with
macOS and Windows
environments - Experience managing cloud or in-house IT services/systems
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash) and basic understanding of APIs
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
Nice to Have
- Experience with
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Google Workspace administration
- Jira or Atlassian administration
- CRM systems experience
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
- Basic networking knowledge
