We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will focus on the implementation of new clinical systems, starting with Epic's Cardiovascular Information System, Cupid.

As IT Program Manager, you'll combine your project management skills and technology know-how to manage the deployment of hardware, software, workflows, testing strategies, third-party integrations, and more. This role will work across multiple teams to develop a comprehensive planning and go-live strategy through mid-2027 and beyond.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manages the overall application implementation, integration, testing, and go-live plan for large programs, beginning with Cupid.
  • Keeps all stakeholders informed and engaged, from C-suite and business partners to technical and scrum teams.
  • Works across multiple committees, stakeholders, and scrum teams to understand and manage needs, risks, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Coordinates work performed by the various areas of IT in support of clinical and business functions.
  • Coordinates with the technical project manager who will manage the ordering and installation of equipment.
  • Functions as the point of contact for Information Technology, representing IT in planning sessions with business leadership.
  • Creates and maintains an overall IT project plan to track the many IT activities required to make this implementation and other IT initiatives a success.

Required Skills:

  • Strong project management skills.
  • 5+ years in a healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of workflows in cardiology and procedural areas.
  • Knowledge of Epic project management philosophy.
  • Experience working with Agile development teams and Scrum methodology.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for healthcare and technology.
  • Self-taught, self-learning, self-managing.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Able to contribute to a collaborative culture and positive work environment.
