Role Overview
We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented, and professional Collections Specialist to manage and support timely payment collection from clients with outstanding balances. This individual will handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy, representing our luxury brand with grace while enforcing contractual obligations.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in collections or finance, and the ability to maintain composure and brand tone in delicate client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and written communication
- Manage customer accounts
- Maintain a respectful, empathetic, and luxury-brand tone with clients
- Ensure adherence to account terms and membership agreements
- Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in consumer collections or client-account management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to remain professional and composed
- Experience managing customer disputes
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to navigate sensitive or emotionally-charged conversations tactfully
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and google Workspace tools
- Discretion and ability to manage confidential client information
- Luxury or high-touch service experience preferred
