What You'll Do

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities, including conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, and motor controls.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate installation and configuration.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national codes (including the NEC).

  • Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to meet project timelines.

  • Mentor apprentices and assist in developing the next generation of skilled electricians.

  • Follow all OSHA, IBEW, and company safety guidelines at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Journeyman Electrician License (state-specific requirements apply) or nearing completion of apprenticeship.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work.

  • Strong understanding of electrical theory, wiring methods, and electrical codes.

  • Proficiency with conduit bending (EMT, RMC, PVC) and installation.

  • Experience with lighting systems, fire alarms, PLCs, and motor controls preferred.

  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and join the IBEW Union.

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

  • Experience in new construction, tenant improvements, and industrial maintenance

  • Proven ability to lead small crews or mentor apprentices
