This position specializes in sourcing and placing exempt, salaried professionals and management roles, requiring deep market knowledge and strategic consultation.
Prime Responsibilities and Major Factors in Evaluating Performance:
Manage full cycle recruiting for exempt professional, technical, and management roles.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, develop interview plans, and provide market insights.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, cold calling) to find specialized talent.
Develop and maintain contacts with educational institutions.
Negotiate complex compensation packages and close offers with senior-level candidates.
Maintain a focus on building a diverse talent pipeline.
Observe the Hitchiner Code of Conduct, safety and quality guidelines.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:
• years of corporate recruiting experience focused on salaried/exempt positions.
• Demonstrated expertise in behavioral interviewing and strategic sourcing.
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience in high volume recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing and engineering environment. Aerospace background is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter attitude with a drive to be successful.
