We are a privately held e-commerce company that provides DIY products to online shoppers across four flagship e-commerce sites as well as various well known, Large Accounts. Our Large Account Sales team is responsible for all marketing and online merchandising for specific product categories across all our Large Account Partners.

Position Overview
We are seeking driven, team-oriented professionals to join our Large Account Sales team. This role involves managing and optimizing product listings across major platforms, including Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, and Wayfair, while fostering strong relationships with our partners through exceptional communication and professionalism. Candidates should be proactive, self-motivated, and eager to identify growth opportunities in a competitive landscape. Working closely within a collaborative pod structure—alongside a 3D specialist, designer, and e-commerce expert—you will help ensure our products are presented at the highest standard. Ideal candidates embody our core values, bring an aggressive approach to listing enrichment, and are ready to raise flags that drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Category Management: Own and grow product categories, ensuring consistent sales growth and performance. Evaluate categories for performance, making necessary adjustments or removals based on growth targets.
- Product Listing Management: Add and maintain products on our large account partners (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair) to meet PCI listing standards.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of the competition by maintaining a pulse on market trends, product competitiveness, and distribution. Identify new products and innovative marketing methods to expand our offerings.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work hand-in-hand with a designer, 3D artist and E-commerce specialist, as well as PCI upper management, to ensure every product category has the necessary resources to succeed across all channels.

- Proficient in managing and analyzing data, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (or willingness to learn).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40, $60,000.00 per year
