We are looking for an experienced Sr Field Marketing Manager that can take national marketing strategies/promotions and translate them to local activation plans. This individual would lead field marketing at the corporate level, supported by field leaders at the regional level to drive strategy and execution. We know that being involved in local communities, building local partnerships& driving local initiatives is a critical component to drive traffic and sales, and need someone strong to lead this charge
DAY IN THE LIFE…
- Work with Director of Brand Marketing to define field marketing process and overarching field marketing strategy to achieve traffic and sales goals.
- Propose & manage local executions/activations to amplify national campaign efforts.
- Drive field marketing process with operations leaders including regional field marketing experts, area directors, GM council, and local GMs.
- Create and manage ROI tracking process on field marketing initiatives to understand effectiveness.
- Recommend, negotiate, and manage DMA-level partnerships that support local stores.
- Oversee local store marketing budgets and ensure proper spend management at the individual store level.
- Support marketing requests from field as liaison between operations and creative/digital/media teams.
- Work with Programming Manager to help execute local in-store programs, like entertainment tests or trivia nights.
Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
- 4+ years of experience in a field marketing role within a retail / hospitality organization.
- Strong organization, planning and presentation skills.
- Highly creative with strong skills in organizing teams into action.
- Ability to sell new ideas to leadership team.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong foundation of marketing and marketing fundamentals.
- Attention to detail – ability to flawlessly manage multiple programs.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment; accountable and flexible.
- Strong problem-solving abilities; works well with ambiguity.
