Bilingual (English/Spanish) Consumer Service Operations Representative III

The Consumer Service Operations Representative 3 is responsible for the daily activities across multiple service functions area. The Consumer Service Operations Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN THE MIAMI, FLORIDA AREA - YOU WILL BE TRAVELING TO ONE OF THREE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS EACH DAY ON ROTATION IN THE AREAS LISTED BELOW.

The Bilingual Consumer Service Operations Representative III may perform installation, implementation, client support, client services, client administration, customer service, enrollment and eligibility, claims processing, and call center operations. This individual investigates and settles claims and customer service issues. Decisions typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. This individual regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• Must be able/willing to travel between the 3 different locations in Miami, Miami Beach, and Hollywood (zip codes ranging from 33155, 33141, You will travel to a different clinic each day.
• Bilingual English/Spanish: ability to read, write, speak fluently without limitations or assistance
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology, systems and applications as well as working knowledge of computers

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree
• Clerical support experience in a healthcare environment
• CNA or Medical Assistant experience
• Quality experience
• Medicare experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology and/or ICD-10 codes

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
