Salary: $69,000 - $70,000

Join Restaurant Associates a Cafe Manager, where you will ensure daily operational excellence in the cafe, provide outstanding guest service and supporting retail and marketing initiatives to drive our dining program.

This position offers a Monday through Friday daytime schedule and many great benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages a team of hourly associates working to provide an outstanding dining experience for our customers and guests
• Works on the floor during our prime meal hours interacting with guests, problem solving and relationship building
• Participates in and leads employee meetings, reviews and development
• Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards
• Supports marketing initiatives to drive program usage
• Plans, markets and executes special events/promotions in the café
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of upscale food service experience, including some management experience
• Supervising, scheduling, training, management & coaching skills
• Operational knowledge of the cash handling procedures and operation of food service equipment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus
