Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales
  • Adheres to all corporate Sales and Customer Service programs and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Actively supports the store in complying with and conducting contests and promotions.
  • Operations
  • Maintains and controls all expenses to ensure store profitability. Makes all Associates partner in cost savings measures.
  • Protects all corporate assets by following Loss Prevention guidelines.
  • Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  • Provides for a well maintained, clean, and organized store to support efficient operations and a pleasant shopping environment.
  • Merchandising and Marketing
  • Effectively merchandises store in accordance with corporate communications.
  • Strives to continually increase personal product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • The candidate should possess one year of prior retail experience, but isn't required
  • The candidate must possess professional and customer service skills and attributes.
  • The candidate must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
