About the Role
We are looking for a
motivated, people-oriented professional
to join our dental team as a
Front Desk Administrator and Marketing Coordinator
.
This position plays a key role in ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience — both over the phone and in the office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage patients warmly in person and over the phone.
- Manage scheduling, patient records, and follow-ups.
- Convert phone and walk-in inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Track and follow up with potential patients and leads.
- Assist with marketing initiatives — social media posts, local outreach, and referral tracking.
- Maintain organization in daily operations, patient communications, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication; well-spoken and confident.
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and dependable with great attention to detail.
- Proactive with following up and ensuring no patient opportunity is missed.
- Comfortable using computer systems, CRM tools, and basic marketing software.
- Dental experience is a plus but not required
