Job description
We are a busy, growing landscape nursery dedicated to providing quality plants & trees along with excellent customer service to our wholesale customers. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations. This position is perfect for someone who works independently and has both billing and customer service experience. QuickBooks experience is REQUIRED. The Office Administrator will be the backbone of our office operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer orders
- Prepare and send customer estimates and invoices
- Enter vendor bills and maintain accurate accounting records
- Calling past due customers
- Assist with general office tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
