Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Leasing/Property Manager Associate for our New York City-based property management division. This position is an on-site role responsible for leasing and maintenance of the residential properties. The duties of this role include, but are not limited to, performing rent collections, drafting reports on the day-to-day operations, and engaging with residents promptly and efficiently. Showing prospective clients the building and sending follow up emails.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in residential property management or leasing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
