General Responsibilities
El analista de ATH Movíl-Operational Support es responsable de: - Validar y activar cuentas ATH Business siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos. - Verificar la legitimidad de negocios mediante documentos oficiales y presencia digital. - Identificar y escalar cuentas de alto riesgo para evaluación adicional. - Monitorear cuentas nuevas y documentar revisiones. - Asegurar el cumplimiento con las políticas internas y regulaciones. - Excluir negocios no permitidos según las normas de ATH Business.

Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.

Education And Experience Required

  • Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado. - Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en funciones similares o en servicio al cliente, soporte de productos o áreas relacionada

Knowledge And Skills Required

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Dominio del inglés y español, tanto oral como escrito, nivel intermedio. - Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para resolver problemas. - Atención al detalle y precisión en la revisión y manejo de documentación oficial. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. - Flexibilidad para trabajar horarios extendidos, feriados y fines de semana según sea necesario.

Lunes a Viernes 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
