Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Certified Technician with plumbing and electrical experience to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and associated plumbing and electrical components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge base, along with hands-on experience in service technician roles, construction, and property maintenance.

Duties

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning and heating units.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections on HVAC/R equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform equipment repairs using tools such as an ohmmeter and welding equipment.
  • Provide field service support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Certification in HVAC with relevant experience in plumbing and electrical work.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics related to HVAC design and installation.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair and equipment repair.
  • Previous experience as a service technician or in property maintenance is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
