About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Personal Assistant to support daily executive and administrative tasks. This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles with some opportunities for remote work. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and proactive in completing tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Manage executive calendar and coordinate appointments.
* Handle email organization and assist with professional correspondence.
* Prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items.
* Maintain digital files, documents, and spreadsheets.
* Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members as needed.
* Assist with research, scheduling, and event coordination.
* Support ad-hoc administrative or personal tasks.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
* Excellent organization and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and Slack.
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through on tasks.
* Must be based in or near Los Angeles and available for in-person work when needed.
* Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Schedule
Part-time (approx. 15–25 hours per week).
Hourly pay at or above California minimum wage.
Flexible schedule with occasional remote work allowed.
