The District Manager will manage an identified grouping of Store Directors to perform to company standards, continuously train, evaluate, coach, and develop teams to promote a customer-positive environment, and coordinate resolutions to issues, with necessary partners, as they arise.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage with professionalism, leadership, integrity, and honesty.
  • To deliver company financial goals and standards.
  • To work in stride with all facets of the organization.
  • Hire, Train, Evaluate, Coach, and develop a team of Store Directors.
  • Validate Store Operational and Customer Support execution.
  • Ensure safety and risk management standards are executed.
  • Complete monthly Store evaluations using observations and data/audit results compiled from reports and by the Operations team.
  • Assess District staffing levels and ensure that key positions are filled while identifying talent and building a bench for future growth.
  • Establish, communicate and follow up with store teams to provide continued support for process improvement.
  • Identify process opportunities and work to coach stores on removing obstacles to gain greater productivity.

  • Communicates clearly and concisely with customers, team and leadership; keeps others informed and takes appropriate partnerships where necessary and possess excellent verbal, written and comprehension communication skills.

  • Ability to train, develop, motivate and lead in a manner that fosters a work environment that promotes our culture.
  • Ability to travel and be on call 24 hours a day
  • High energy and a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to display financial acumen and react to trends and seasonal changes.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to handle competing business demands while ensuring execution and consistent results.
