Overview

We are seeking a talented and professional Aesthetician to join our dynamic team at our upscale spa and wellness center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, cosmetology, and client service, with a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty and well-being. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious environment, utilizing advanced treatments and personalized skincare solutions to meet diverse client needs. The Aesthetician will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, microneedling, and esthetic laser treatments.
  • Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to clients.
  • Utilize social media management skills to promote services, engage with clients, and build brand presence online.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services by addressing individual needs, offering consultations, and upselling suitable treatments or products.
  • Ensure all treatment areas adhere to sanitation standards and safety protocols.
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed, including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out.

Requirements

  • Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience in medical spa or med spa settings preferred.
  • Experience working with Laser treatments, body and face contouring devices.
  • Strong management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
  • Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.
  • Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills combined with a friendly attitude to ensure guest satisfaction.
