HR Coordinator – Dreamweaver Hotels - theWit (Bi-Lingual Required)
Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at theWit. As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will support all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual (English and Spanish required), with strong communication skills to foster meaningful relationships with our diverse workforce while upholding Dreamweaver's culture of hospitality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, policies, and procedures.

  • Provide bilingual support in HR communications, meetings, onboarding, and employee relations matters.

  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers.

  • Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

  • Assist with benefits administration and employee leave requests.

  • Support training initiatives by scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and tracking participation.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and recognition programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and Hilton brand standards.

  • Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, handling employment documentation, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in hospitality or luxury service environments. Hilton experience is strongly preferred.

  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required (verbal and written fluency).

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance standards.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.

  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Paycom experience is a strong plus).

  • A passion for creating a positive workplace culture aligned with Dreamweaver Hotels service values.

  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
