Overview:

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our pain management team serving the San Antonio community. The ideal candidate will provide culturally competent, patient-centered care to individuals managing chronic and acute pain.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized pain management plans
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Texas regulations
  • Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and behavioral health providers
  • Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on pain management strategies and preventive care

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas NP license and board certification
  • Experience in pain management, internal medicine, or family practice preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Strong communication and EMR documentation skills
  • Commitment to serving diverse populations, including veterans and underserved communities
