Job Description
Lead strategic initiatives to build, amplify, and promote the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) brand by capturing and sharing powerful stories and customer success outcomes.

You will drive efforts to create and promote the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) narrative, highlighting compelling customer stories and technical achievements. In partnership with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing programs that position OCI's value, foster customer advocacy, and grow OCI's reputation as a trusted cloud partner.

The work is dynamic and innovative, involving end-to-end program management, content development, and high-level stakeholder engagement. You will need strong product knowledge, creativity, program management expertise, and a passion for impactful storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Messaging - Develop and refine the OCI story in alignment with business objectives and market positioning; ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Customer Advocacy - Identify, nurture, and manage relationships with OCI customers to capture their stories and successes.
  • Program Leadership - Design and implement scalable programs that gather, curate, and distribute case studies, testimonials, and technical success stories.
  • Content Development - Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to produce high-quality written, visual, and video content showcasing customer outcomes and OCI capabilities.
  • KPI Tracking and Impact Measurement - Define and monitor metrics around storytelling reach, engagement, and impact; provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and executive teams to ensure content accuracy, visibility, and alignment with OCI objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement - Gather feedback and insights to enhance future storytelling and customer advocacy efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program or project management, content development, product marketing, or a similar role in the technology sector.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS models.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with a track record of developing compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience tracking and measuring program success using KPIs.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications, PMP, Agile) are a plus.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
