Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and billing/insurance processes in a medical office. Hours and pay are negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the medical office, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care
  • Oversee financial activities such as profit & loss management, budgeting, and expense control
  • Responsible for receiving and posting all incoming payments, preparing and making bank deposits, and ensuring all financial accounts are accurately balanced and reconciled.
  • Collaborate with healthcare provider to optimize clinic performance and patient satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience within a healthcare or medical office setting
  • Knowledge of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with patients, staff, and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency
  • Relevant educational background such as a degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
