Night Owl Cookies is seeking Supervisors to join our team. As a well-established and highly regarded restaurant, we are South Florida's first late night cookie delivery service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
  • Train and supervise staff members to maintain high-quality service standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
  • Assist the manager in creating work schedules and assigning tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or shift supervisor, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
