Baron Manufacturing is currently seeking an experienced millwork installation supervisor to join our team with minimal supervision.

About Us:

We started Baron Manufacturing in 1992 and within a few years we grew into an in-house fabrication millwork and casework 100,000 sq. ft. facility. Our work earned us a loyal rapidly expanding customer base; which includes many prestigious properties and five-star establishments such as the Ritz-Carlton, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and Nassau International Airport.

Our team members are dedicated individuals who have been with us for years, and together we work unified and focused to serve our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage installation project team(s) and ensure documentation is accurate upon completion
  • Manage technical escalations from the field team with appropriate resolutions
  • Ensure quality control during and post-installation
  • Conduct pre-installation site surveys as needed
  • Coordinate and manage external activities including all out-sourced or sub-contract work in support of project installation activities
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of project requirements including, but not limited to: schedule, construction coordination, materials, personnel requirement, safety, and scope of work
  • Actively participate in, and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Be able to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
  • Travel to various job sites
  • Be able to communicate effectively with team, general contractors, and other trades on the job site
  • Other duties assigned as needed

Education/Requirements:

  • Equipped with all tools
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Own dependable transportation
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Construction industry experience (i.e. Field Superintendents, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, etc)
  • FL Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets Baron Manufacturing's driving standards
  • Must pass drug test

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift (7:30 AM-4:00PM)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional weekends

Baron Manufacturing reserves the right to alter work hours as necessary

Compensation:

  • $35-40/hour; commensurate with experience
