Job Summary: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and efficient Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team for a part-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders while ensuring they meet specific customer requirements. This role demands excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders with extreme accuracy, ensuring all items match customer specifications.
  • Handle and package products neatly according to customer preferences and company standards.
  • Count inventory, stock products, and manage inventory organization as needed.
  • Assist in prepping packages for shipping, including labeling and quality checks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Occasionally perform general warehouse tasks, including cleaning and organizing.
  • Lift and carry up to 100 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods while performing hands-on tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks, lift heavy objects, and remain on feet all day.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Environment: This position involves working in a warehouse setting, where standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion are required throughout the shift. The role may also involve working in varying temperatures.

Reporting: The Fulfillment Associate will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
