Are you energetic, customer-focused, and ready to work in one of Nashville's most exciting retail environments? Boot Factory Outlet is looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team in the heart of downtown

With over 20,000 boots from top national brands like Justin, J.B. Dillon, Masterson, Harley Davidson, Sterling River, and more, we're proud to be a destination for locals, tourists, and boot lovers from all over the world.

What You'll Do
  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure every guest has a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience
     
  • Guide customers in finding the perfect pair of boots using your growing product knowledge
     
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
     
  • Work together with a motivated team to reach sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction
     
  • Stay informed on new arrivals, promotions, and store policies

  • Retail or sales experience is helpful, but not required—we're happy to train the right person

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements: 

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
  • Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
  • Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
