Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to come on board

In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions across the organization, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and brings a proactive, results-driven approach to recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and organizational priorities.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role expectations.
  • Maintain and track candidate pipelines and metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing efforts to attract top talent.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience and compliance with all employment laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or staffing environments.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for mid- to senior-level roles.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
