As the AI Agent Development Intern, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, data scientists, and product managers to build agentic frameworks using cutting-edge tools like M i stral AI, OpenAI, and Snowflake Cortex. You'll have the unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects across insurance, supply chain and retail, mentorship from senior AI leaders, and exposure to strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for students passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and real-world applications of autonomous systems. During this internship, you may assist with the following duties:

• AI Agent Development : Assist in building and refining AI agents using LLMs and multimodal models for tasks such as data exploration, scenario planning, and workflow automation
• Prompt Engineering & Orchestration : Design prompts and workflows that enable agents to reason, plan, and act autonomously
• Data Integration : Work with structured and unstructured datasets to train and evaluate agent performance
• Testing & Evaluation : Conduct rigorous testing of agent capabilities, including edge cases and failure modes
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed records of experiments, model iterations, and performance metrics
  Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with business teams to clarify what's needed and propose what's possible to elevate their operating practices

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch , TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Exposure to frameworks like Snowflake Cortex , RAG systems, or agent-based modeling
• Understanding of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or simulation environments (e.g., OpenAI Gym, Unity)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
  Interest in ethical AI, privacy, and responsible deployment practices

Education Level: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (3 rd or 4 th year) or Master's program

Degree Target: Data Science , AI, Computer Science or related field

Program Dates: June 1st to Aug 7th (You must be able to work the full 10 weeks)

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Salary Ranges: $ $32.50
