Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Agent Architect with 10 years of experience in designing, building, and deploying intelligent autonomous systems. In this fully remote role, you will architect and oversee the development of multi-agent AI systems that leverage LLMs, automation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement architectures for intelligent agent systems using LLMs and reinforcement learning.
  • Define frameworks for agent collaboration, orchestration, and autonomous task execution.
  • Integrate generative AI models into enterprise workflows and data ecosystems.
  • Lead technical design reviews and guide cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security in multi-agent architectures.
  • Research and prototype next-generation AI automation strategies.
  • Optimize model inference and API integration for large-scale systems.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 3+ years in system architecture or LLM-based applications.
  • Expertise in Python, APIs, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Deep understanding of multi-agent systems, orchestration, and knowledge graphs.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills in distributed AI development.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
