We made our first acquisition at the beginning of 2018. Now, we hold a controlling stake in 100+ companies and are continuing to grow. Each company is led by its own management team and we are incredibly proud of the work they do.
What sets us apart are three things: our buy and hold strategy, our company's local autonomous management, and our scale.
- Unlike typical Private Equity investments with a three-to-five-year liquidation strategy, we partner with businesses and invest in them for the long-term. We believe in the value of our acquisitions and want to grow.
- We partnered with our companies because they already had success in the marketplace. Instead of asking them to conform to a unified platform, we allow companies to keep their team, culture and branding in place.

Your work as an Analyst involves several components:
- Sit in our Chicago headquarters office as part of the Finance Operations team and support our Operating Companies to support value creation efforts, getting hands on mentorship from senior leaders and working close collaboration with a Lyra Regional CEO
- Support new M&A activity with initial underwriting, valuation, due diligence, and onboarding
- Learn the metrics and KPIs of our businesses, allowing contributions to platform-wide projects and initiatives.
- Develop cross-functional skills in areas like operations and people management.
- Work closely with our Leadership Team to better understand our strategy and how to executive.
