Stockroom Clerk – Electronics Manufacturing

Ann Arbor, MI | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Join a leading electronics manufacturer in Ann Arbor as a Stockroom Clerk In this role, you'll support daily production by managing inventory, preparing kits for work orders, and ensuring materials are properly labeled and organized. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid organizational skills and attention to detail who enjoys working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and kitting materials for production orders
  • Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Monitor material minimums and communicate shortages or discrepancies to the Material Control Supervisor
  • Prepare and label materials clearly with correct part numbers
  • Print and organize assembly instructions and drawings for work orders
  • Document and resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
  • Support mid-year and year-end inventory counts
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the department
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant experience required; 2 years preferred
  • Basic computer and communication skills (reading and writing in English required)
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with others

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to reach overhead and move throughout the stockroom

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM — enjoy three-day weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
