We are an Internal Medicine Private practice in Roseville, CA

Hiring for full time medical front office assistant/ medical secretary, hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week.

Job duties include answering telephones, scheduling, messaging patients and physicians, handling pharmacy and insurance related matters including pharmacy prior authorizations, filling out forms, interacting with patients in person and via telephone, preparing charts/ electronic medical records for office visits, and using our electronic health record (EHR/EMR) system, email, electronic faxes, and other various medical front office tasks.

We are looking for someone friendly, professional, and detail oriented, who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

At least one year of previous medical office work experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
