Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across specialized technical and business functions within the semiconductor testing industry . This strategic role will serve as a trusted advisor to technical and corporate leaders, driving talent acquisition strategies that support innovation, product development, and global scalability.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience recruiting for roles in semiconductor test engineering, probe card development, MEMS technology, and advanced manufacturing. A strong understanding of the semiconductor lifecycle—from design validation to wafer-level testing—is preferred, along with the ability to navigate a highly competitive talent market.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers across R&D, engineering, FAB operations, and corporate functions to understand current and future workforce needs. Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent for critical roles in semiconductor test development, probe card engineering, and advanced manufacturing.
- Specialized Sourcing Expertise : Build pipelines of highly skilled candidates in areas such as operational leadership, test engineering, RF/microwave design, MEMS fabrication, mechanical and electrical engineering, and project engineering.
- Candidate Assessment & Engagement : Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate competencies, ensuring alignment with FormFactor's innovation-driven culture, values and performance standards.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition intake, strategic sourcing, candidate evaluation, debrief facilitation, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Employer Brand Advocacy : Promote FormFactor's leadership in semiconductor test and measurement solutions through targeted outreach, industry/community events, and digital engagement.
- Hiring Manager Enablement : Provide consultative coaching and training on interview techniques, structured assessments, and inclusive hiring practices tailored to technical and operational roles.
- Compliance & Governance : Ensure recruiting practices align with federal, state, and international employment laws, export control regulations, and internal policies.
- Data-Driven Optimization : Leverage ATS and analytics tools to monitor recruitment metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency and quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with HR, workforce planning, and business unit leaders to align recruiting strategies with product roadmaps, customer demand, and global manufacturing capacity.
