About the Role

Warehouse1 is looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on social media advertising (especially LinkedIn), content creation, and email marketing—with the goal of generating leads, building brand awareness, and supporting sales growth. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute campaigns that make an impact.

What You'll Do

  • Create, manage, and optimize LinkedIn and other social media advertising campaigns
  • Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and product marketing materials
  • Manage email marketing programs using HubSpot Marketing Hub from design to distribution, analyzing results to improve performance
  • Help keep our website and online product catalog fresh and up to date
  • Design marketing assets including presentations, product fliers, and promotional materials
  • Track performance across channels and bring new ideas to grow our reach

What You Bring

  • 2-3+ years of experience in social media advertising, content writing, and email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation platform
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
  • Track record of success using LinkedIn Ads and other social advertising
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools
  • Knowledge of SEO, website updates, and marketing best practices
  • Experience in Industrial B2B marketing a strong plus
  • Experience with BigCommerce, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms a plus
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects at once
