Hospitality Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a highly motivated Community Engagement Coordinator to represent our brand throughout the Inland Empire. This individual will build strong relationships with local employers, schools, community organizations, and businesses to increase awareness of our services and drive new-patient growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary community representative for Hospitality Dental & Orthodontics.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local employers, HR departments, schools, senior centers, nonprofits, and nearby businesses.
  • Schedule and conduct outreach visits, presentations, and office tours to promote our dental and orthodontic services.
  • Coordinate with office managers and the marketing department to support community events, health fairs, and local sponsorships.
  • Develop and distribute educational and promotional materials.
  • Track leads and community contacts; report monthly on outreach activities and outcomes.
  • Support new-patient initiatives, brand visibility, and corporate relationships in the Inland Empire region.

Qualifications

  • Experience in community outreach, marketing, public relations, or business development preferred.
  • Dental office knowledge is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, public-speaking, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple community partnerships.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
