We build and operate fiber networks and provide transformative multi-Gigabit internet access to homes and businesses in small and medium-sized communities across the Southeast and Midwest U.S. _________________________________________________________About the Role:Kinetic Consumer Outbound Staff Manager owns the acquisition sales strategy and execution for the inside sales teams and oversees the Outbound Sales Team who target consumer sales customers across our 18-state footprint.What You'll Do: Lead, develop, and manage the day-to-day operations of approximately 70-75 people including Supervisors, Consultants, and Sales Executives in the small to medium size telecommunications market space.Directly manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of 5 direct reports.Drive the business by using a data and analytics approach while researching innovative ways to diversity revenue streams in the small business space.Collaborate with marketing to evolve digital marketing strategies while developing campaigns for outbound sales efforts to maximize sales efforts.Manage relationship with 3rd party overflow vendor.Work with the sales operations team to design and implement sales forecasting plans for the sales team to meet and exceed goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and design and implement sales plans to attain these targets.Evaluate and implement updates to the sales compensation plans annually as well as implement strong sales incentives and work with the Human Resource Department to plan and evaluate criteria.Partner and build relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization to streamline communication and drive results.Manage headcount, hire, train and effectively onboard a stellar sales team.Prevent, manage, and own team attrition, own the responsibility for all sales team HR escalations and performance improvement plans as well as set annual goals and measure achievement metrics for sales team members.Actively engaged in rep development by participating in the Leadership Development ProgramDo You Have?5+ years of experience in SMB Telcom or Tech arena with a proven track record of success in sales in a call center environment with sales agents operating in a centralized or decentralized environment.3 years of experience managing sales teams and providing sales leadership to teams in the Telcom or tech industry.3-5 years of current IVR and call center technology platforms used to conduct business.Demonstrated experience in building and motivating sales teams, analyzing sales trends, growing pipeline, and monitoring performance to hit revenue targets.Demonstrated experience as a team-building leader, capable of rallying support from both direct and indirect staff to drive shared positive results.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
