Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Sales Representative to promote and sell our private online tutoring services to institutions, parents and students. You will work directly with warm leads, as well as use your outreach skills to generate interest through digital channels. This is an ideal role for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and convert potential customers into clients
  • Follow up with warm leads generated by marketing or site inquiries
  • Recommend tutoring packages based on student goals and academic needs
  • Maintain CRM records of all client interactions and sales activities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales conversion goals
  • Participate in virtual training and report sales progress to supervisors

Requirements:

  • 2+ year of experience in sales, account management, or education services
  • Sales experience in the education industry is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and virtual communication tools
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and organized
  • Able to work independently and manage flexible hours
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual (Mandarin/Spanish) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the edtech, tutoring, or K-12 education sector
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with North American school systems and curriculum
