One Mind Learning Center, located in Newport Beach, CA, is looking for a Multiple Subjects Tutor. Our practice specializes in developing individualized learning programs for students (K-12th) to strengthen weaknesses in their academic performances. Sessions are delivered in a one-on-one setting to students of all ages. We are looking for academic tutors with prior tutoring and/or teaching experience who are able to provide tutoring conducive to each individuals' specific needs.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized tutoring sessions to students in multiple subjects (Homework, quizzes, tests, educational enrichment)

Deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students' learning needs and styles.

Collaborate with teachers and to recalibrate and develop programs developed to meet individual student needs .

Qualifications

  • Prior tutoring experience
  • Teaching / Special Education certificate and/or 4-year bachelor's degree
  • Minimum availability 3 days week (between Monday - Thursday) from ~2:30PM - 7:45PM
