We are a fast-growing outpatient private practice specializing in orthopedics, sports rehab, and geriatrics. We are seeking a driven and confident Physical Therapist who takes pride in helping patients reach their full potential. Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
  • Develop timely plans of care based on findings (PromptEMR training provided)
  • Deliver direct treatment and manual therapy as appropriate
  • Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and long-term health
  • Track patient outcomes and clinic performance metrics
  • Coordinate care with colleagues and referring providers when needed
  • Participate in practice growth initiatives such as workshops and community outreach
  • Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused, professional culture

Requirements:

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • New York State Physical Therapy License (required)
  • 1–2 years outpatient experience preferred, but outstanding new grads are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with patients about their treatment plans
  • Organized, self-motivated, and reliable

Schedule:

  • Full time
  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday OR Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Sunday preferred)
