The Therapy Room Mind Health and Wellness is seeking an experienced, fully licensed mental health professional to join our team in a supervisory capacity. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and case consultation to a team of therapists and interns while maintaining a reduced caseload of direct client care. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about leadership, developing clinical talent, and ensuring quality care delivery within a private practice setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to associate-level therapists and interns in accordance with state licensing board requirements.
  • Conduct regular supervision meetings and provide timely, constructive feedback to support clinical development.
  • Review and monitor clinical documentation for compliance, ethical standards, and quality assurance.
  • Offer consultation on complex clinical cases and crisis situations as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership on clinical policies, procedures, and staff development initiatives.
  • Maintain a client caseload (approximately 15-20 sessions per week, flexible based on supervisory demands).
  • Support onboarding and training of new clinicians to ensure alignment with practice standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Active and unrestricted clinical license in the state of Florida, such as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent.
  • Approved clinical supervisor status per state licensing board regulations (or willingness to obtain).
  • Minimum of 3 years post-licensure experience in providing therapy.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and ethical guidelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supervising clinicians in a private practice or outpatient setting.
  • Familiarity with telehealth service delivery and associated best practices.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive clinical culture.
