Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will lead production teams, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in a factory environment to maintain smooth workflow and meet production goals.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities on the factory floor, including assembly line operations and warehouse functions.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
  • Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other mechanical equipment to facilitate assembly and material handling.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and manage warehouse logistics.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment; perform or coordinate maintenance as needed.
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct safety training sessions for all team members.
  • Collaborate with engineering or maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and optimize manufacturing processes.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory setting, with strong knowledge of assembly lines and production workflows.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to factory equipment, hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other machinery used in manufacturing environments.
  • Warehouse experience including inventory management and logistics coordination.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control and safety compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety standards and meeting production deadlines. This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead manufacturing operations within a dynamic environment that values innovation, safety, and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $55,000.00 per year
