From hand-pressed tortillas to rich stocks and fire-kissed meats, every dish is rooted in authenticity and elevated with creativity.

We're looking for passionate, skilled PREP COOKS to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

  • Work in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen focused on scratch cooking
  • Execute precise prep and cook duties involving soups, stocks, meats, seafood, vegetables, and fresh masa
  • Collaborate with a culinary team committed to excellence and continuous learning
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and station organization

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience (upscale or scratch kitchen preferred)
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques
  • Passion for regional Mexican flavors and a willingness to grow
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Dependability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
