Join Our Client as a Dynamic Project/Program Manager – Drive Innovation in Cloud, Data, and Platform Services
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a passion for orchestrating complex technology initiatives? Our client is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to partner with senior leadership and steer strategic programs within the Enterprise Cloud, Data, and Platform Services organization. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact by translating technical efforts into business success, overseeing cross-functional teams, and championing process improvements—all within a collaborative and innovative environment.

In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the central coordinator, capturing the scope of ongoing work, driving velocity, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple teams. Your ability to independently synthesize technical activities, create clear summaries, and provide executive updates will be instrumental in helping leadership gain clarity and accelerate progress. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a knack for managing multiple initiatives, we want to hear from you.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in program or project management supporting technology initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage large, multi-workstream programs with complex dependencies
  • Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior technical leaders
  • Highly organized, adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Smartsheet
  • Ability to translate technical activities into clear, concise summaries for executive audiences

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of enterprise data environments and large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with process improvement frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen
  • Prior experience in financial services or regulated tech environments
  • Agile certifications can be beneficial

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
  • 4 to 7+ years supporting technology programs, with a track record of successful delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating cross-team collaboration and reporting

Other Requirements

  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical systems
  • Flexibility to start mid-December for an initial 12-month contract, with potential to convert to full-time
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
