Position Details:

This pivotal role within our Sales organization is focused on expanding the company's presence in the Retail industry across North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, increasing revenue, and managing both new and existing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a strong background in solution-based selling, and a consultative approach to client engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive market landscape.

Areas of Responsibilities:

  • As a senior member in Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth by building a robust new business pipeline, acquiring new clients ("new logos"), and expanding existing account portfolios across various business groups.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive market analysis, recognizing emerging trends and opportunities across sub-verticals to maintain a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Cultivate new relationships while deepening existing ones to expand our footprint within client organizations and drive long-term value.
  • Ensure strong engagement and relationship building with key client and prospect stakeholders, positioning ITCI as a strategic partner and securing involvement in RFP processes.
  • Lead the development of tailored proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs), collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including delivery, practice & presales, and finance.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for both new business development (hunting) and managing assigned accounts. Partnering with ITCI Service Delivery Units, you will identify and drive growth opportunities within key business areas. Leveraging existing client relationships, you will engage C/C-1 level stakeholders to expand the account through strategic deal origination and relationship building.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across functions, including offshore teams, to support and drive all Sales initiatives.

Pre Requisites:

  • 10+ years of progressive IT professional services sales experience.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years selling Digital Solutions, Cloud offerings, Gen AI Solutions

and large-scale transformation projects to both existing and new clients

  • Deep expertise in the Retail domain with prior success in managing and expanding strategic

retail accounts

  • Skilled in internal stakeholder management and adept at operating within onsite-offshore

delivery models

  • Willingness to travel (as needed) to support new & existing customer opportunities and relationship
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative—able to unite cross-functional teams to solve complex

business challenges

  • Strong experience in deal structuring, business value analysis, and pricing strategies; adept

at negotiating competitive bids and proposals.
