Field Service Technician/Mechanic
who thrives in the field, enjoys diagnosing complex equipment issues, and takes pride in getting machines back to peak performance.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction and crushing/screening equipment.
  • Work across multiple systems: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and powertrain.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and general machine servicing.
  • Use laptop diagnostics, gauges, and instruments to detect and resolve faults.
  • Disassemble/reassemble equipment per manufacturer standards using hand and power tools.
  • Review manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete service tasks.
  • Manage parts ordering and repair documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma/GED required; technical training a plus.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment service & repair.
  • Valid Class B CDL.
  • Knowledge of basic welding and strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-service environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; self-motivated work ethic.

Additional Details

  • Travel:
    ~25% or more.
  • Physical requirements:
    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; role involves standing, walking, and handling tools regularly.
