As a Part-Time Bartending Server in an elevated lounge and event space, you'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience through intentional service, curated cocktails, and a strong sense of presence behind the bar. This role blends technical skill with hospitality and is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and genuine guest engagement.

We're seeking professionals who have strong foundational bartending experience and are available for 1–3 evening shifts per week, including weekends and special events.

Type: Part-Time (Late-afternoons, Evenings & Weekends)

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (tips included)

Direct Responsibilities (Summary)

  • Prepare classic and house cocktails with precision and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic of the bar before, during, and after service
  • Engage with guests in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner
  • Collaborate with service team to ensure seamless flow of food and drinks
  • Assist with restocking, inventory, and bar prep
  • Operate POS system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Enforce responsible beverage service practices
  • Uphold safety, sanitation, and presentation standards
  • Support event-specific beverage service when required

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years minimum bartending experience in upscale or high-volume settings
  • Strong cocktail knowledge and a desire to grow in the craft
  • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
  • Ability to stay calm, focused, and poised in fast-moving environments
  • POS and bar-side service experience
  • Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional private events
