Providing personalized service and uses guest nameResolving service problems according to guidelinesServing as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions; appears in publicity photosPromoting casino events and programsProviding fast (20 minute or less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests; carries full trays on every roundMonitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelinesTaking drink orders, communicating with bartender, assisting in the preparation of drinks and presenting drinks to guestsProviding service of complimentary beverages including coffee and water Handling money according to procedureWorking well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisorMaintaining clean and stocked workstation BRING US YOUR BEST. Must be 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentRead, write legibly, understand and speak EnglishExcellent customer service/communication skillsCount money and change correctlyKnow or is able to learn tray service, cocktail ingredientsAvailable to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as neededMust meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policyMust be physically mobile with reasonable accommodationMust be able to respond to visual and oral cuesMust be able to lift and carry 20 lbs. (full cocktail tray) for extended periods of timeAble to tolerate noise and bright lightsAble to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environmentPhysically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spacesEmployee could be exposed to an environment containing unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke.
